Black Lives Matter and anti-racism are extremely important values for me but being a white person it's hard to speak about it especially because the priority in this issue is centring the voices of BIPOC.

Of course, racism is the responsibility of white people and having a conversation between white people is very important. here come the idea for this guide.

Please inform yourself about racism, listen to BIPOC people when they speak. Do your research independently. The internet is your friend.
